痘痘

延迟/减轻老花
“医学证明，平日多注意眼睛护理，可以延迟老花以及减轻老花症状。

1． 有意识眨眼，用力闭眼开眼，然后用手轻揉眼部，锻炼眼肌，延缓衰老。
2． 经常转动眼睛，上，下，左，右，来回转动，锻炼眼肌。
3． 按摩眼睛。用食指从内眼揉至外眼角，来回轻揉，力度适中。再来，用食指尖按太阳穴数次，早晚一遍。”

I'm definitely not in love with this thing cause it might get dangerous if i cant find the string and pull it out! But its definitely once a while and emergency thing ! ".......copy frm my fren(felicia).....

vampire diaries
假期嘛~~
大家都在忙着“煲剧”。。。当然，我也不例外啦！呵呵^^
有趣的是，大多数都在追着同一部连续剧。
对了，就是这部“吸血鬼日记”（vampire diaries）啦~
